There will be a total of four (4) Prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes. Each Prize consists of a “trip” inclusive of
the following: (a) roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for the Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Travel Companion”)
from a major airport near Prize Winner’s residence to a US city to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor
(“Destination City”). Sponsor/Independent Administrator will determine Destination City, airline and flight itinerary in their
sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight after such
flight is booked. If in the judgment of Sponsor/Independent Administrator air travel is not required due to Prize Winner’s
proximity to Destination City, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air transportation at Sponsor’s sole
discretion; (b) three (3) nights hotel accommodations, double occupancy, in hotel to be determined by the
Sponsor/Independent Administrator at their sole discretion in the Destination City; (c) round trip airport transfers in the
Destination City; and (d) spending money or activities to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The total
approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of each Prize is: $3,550
