One (1) Grand Prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will be awarded a two (2) day/three (3) night vacation trip package for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest travel companion, to Las Vegas, Nevada (the “Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize details include round-trip coach airfare (airline and routing, dates, and times to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of Maxim), accommodations for three (3) nights at standard hotel accommodations based on double occupancy to be selected and determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Maxim, transportation to and from the airport in Las Vegas, Nevada, and one (1) $500.00 Visa Gift Card. Exact details of the Grand Prize will be available on the Sweepstakes Website on or about June 23, 2014. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,400.
