I had 3 sausages & a few diced potatoes for breakfast at work Did not eat the lunch today either.
Had to run to town to mail more Christmas Cards because Don did not walk them down to the mail box, again. Almost done though.
Looks like Don is already into the Birthday cake I made for Rissa and she never came over. I noticed NY strip steaks thawed out in fridge and asked him what kind of potato he wanted with them. He literally snapped at me and said he was not eating nothing tonite. It is almost too late for me to bother making them now. Will have to figure something else out for myself. I have to be at work early again tomorrow morning
Butt Head said he was going to have Chicken Noodle Soup, so I made myself some Kimchee Asian noodles and tossed in some Wasabi Peas & some diced leftover Kielbasa. My stuff got done & Butt head had a fit. He said he would make his steak himself then threw it in freezer. I ended up making it with baked potatoes & he wanted cream corn (I'm not a fan unless a can of whole kernel corn is added to it). I will eat my noodles for breakfast in the morning. Of course he did not finish his steak.
I made a mug of Constant Comment Tea and at the Asian noodles that I had made last night
I boiled up a package of Johnsonville Cheddar Brats and then browned them in the fry pan. We put them on Ball Park Hot Dog buns (wish Wisconsin could still get the brat buns) with onions, ketchup, & mustard. I also made home made french fries.
Rissa & Zac came over a little after noon today with Aurora. Made 2 Tombstone Sausage & Pepperoni pizzas. Rissa started talking her usual long drawn out whatever you call it. Needless to say, pizza was overdone but still edible.
I started to thaw out burger for tacos and Don said I was making a whole chicken for supper, so I took burger out & thawed out a whole chicken. Then he complained about that. I made a whole roasted chicken with lemon pepper (he does not know that) and stuffing. Also baked potato. He ate a whole small potato and went for seconds on chicken & dressing.
At the Bible Camp Luncheon there was a fruit tray, veggie tray, bruschetta tray, Roast Beef, Bourbon meatballs, BBQ Pork, chestnuts wrapped in bacon with brown sugar, cheese cake slices, French Silk Pie, Apple Pie from The Elegant Farmer, soda, water, coffee, tea, and a popcorn mix.
I got home a little before 5pm and ran to town & then came home and made tacos for supper, with ground beef, seasoning, diced tomatoes, diced onions, lettuce, & Three Cheese shredded cheese on soft shells with picante sauce and Taco Bell Avocado Ranch sauce.
I made grilled cheese and tomato soup for supper tonite.
Just got up a little bit ago for a drink of water & something warm to eat. Ended up eating the little piece of Rib eye steak that was left in fridge and a cold cheesy brat
Had Ham & Cheese omelets and tea for breakfast
Yesterday Don wanted chili and worried that I would not be home early enough to buy crackers. Chili was thawed out, so I put it in a pan, he blew a gasket. Needless to say he did not eat but we all know he will be up sometime tonite when he thinks I am sleeping and eat something out of the fridge. I snacked on some Tostito scoops with cheese with medium jalapenos dip earlier because "I had a feeling".
As for me, I heated up some chili (what would not fit in bowl to put in fridge) and eating it with Tostito Scoops and a mug of tea.
I ended up eating a bowl of Butter Pecan Ice Cream, bite size snicker bar and 2 dove chocolate squares before I went to bed last night.
Don did not respond when I asked if he wanted breakfast. I had 2 mini powdered donuts, Peach Ginger Turmeric Tea, & a few Wasabi Peas
Don got up last night and stood by bathroom & kept looking towards bedroom to make sure I was "asleep" Heat heated up the leftover taco meat and then heated it more but funny how he kept looking towards bedroom. Just like a little child "raiding the fridge". He was not smart enough to turn off microwave before the beeps at the end. I also don't think he figured that I was caught up with all the dishes before I went to bed, so his "evidence" would stand out in the sink *LOL*
