For Lunch I had a cotto salami sandwich and 3 cheese sticks for lunch at work.

I wanted to make something quick and easy so asked Don if he wanted fish. He said no but wanted grilled cheese and tomato soup, so that is what I made.

For lunch I had a little bit of pasta salad, couple spoons of corn, a slice of ham, 3 pineapple slices ~ basically the couple bites of various leftovers.

Had to be at work by 6am. I made the last 2 breakfast pitas that we had. Wont buy them again but at least they are out of my freezer. I did not eat breakfast or lunch at camp. Really did not care of either and sad thing is there were 2 different meal options for lunch. One for the bible retreat camp and one for another high maintenance picky group.

I made Angus burgers with cheese, Kingsford Brown Sugar Molasses baked beans (won't try them again), and tator tots for supper when I got home. Sending a care package to Gary for putting a new inside door latch on my equinox. Now we need a new Lock Switch but at least it works for now and no more rolling down window to get out of vehicle

For breakfast at camp I did eat a very small portion of scrambled eggs. It was an Oatmeal bar. I hate Oatmeal but did grab some strawberries slices, honey dew melon, and cantaloupe.

for lunch at camp it was vegetable soup (gluten free, dairy free, and vegan) This group had a wide variety of dietary requests. I a cup of the soup and a small salad with Blood Orange vinaigrette, broccoli & cauliflowers dipped in ranch dressing and cottage cheese.

Came home and of course Don was not giving input on supper. I finally suggested chili. He agreed. I sauteed onions & celery, used 4 cans of chili ready tomatoes, 1 can of chili ready chili beans, and pulled 3 small cheeseburgers that was in the freezer. What he does not know will not hurt him. Also added a partial can of Hamms beer (that I did not finish last night) into the chili

Don & I had a Dr appointment early this morning. I had some tea and he had a small amount of OJ with his pills. Whitewater screwed up on the tests they were suppose to run. We had fasting tests to be run. They took 3 more tubes from me and 6 from Don.

We did not eat lunch either. For supper I had slow cooked roast beef in Au Jus and sliced green peppers so we could have Italian Beef sandwiches. I am on number 2. The rest is for Don if he decides he wants to eat.

Another Day off and another eventful day for meals.

Don did not want breakfast or lunch. He wanted me to make chicken leg quarters in the crock port. I added the rest of the celery I had and quartered 3 onion s and add some stale beer. Also made cheesy scallop potatoes and green beans.

Don was whining cuz I did not make stuffing. Offered to make some and told him I only needed 5 minutes. That did not happen. Then he had no intention of making his own plate and complained about how much potatoes I put on his plate SMH.

For lunch I cut off 3 slices of beef summer sausage and 2 cheese sticks

For supper at camp, I only ate a salad with Blood Orange Shallot Dressing. I was not going to eat the chicken pot pie and roasted broccoli & cauliflower. The cauliflower was frozen, stuff left over from salad bar last week. It did not look appetizing. The option for the dietary meals was pork chops with that icky orange cranberry sauce on top of it and wild rice that was frozen from a prior meal.

A couple of Deacons asked what the Lenten option was for Friday. She was planning on Meatloaf for one meal and I forgot the other meal option. I sent Robin a message and all she said is "She's handling it". That means she did not have one. She hates cooking fish. She knows we are in the Lenten Season and should be making Lenten meals. Not all are fish. I am going to suggest next week we should do a soup and sandwich meal. Tuna & egg salad are acceptable Lenten options. It would make things easier. She should have thought about that, especially since these are Deacons in training.
