I just finished a pack of Wakame Seaweed Ramens. Nothing to write home about. It needs help.

I have 4 boneless pork chops that I seasoned and tenderized in the crock pot with baby carrots and sliced onions. Too hot to grill or cook inside.
I have to work in 2 hours so I had a salami sandwich on white bread with butter, mustard and provolone cheese

It was really too hot to want to eat. For lunch at work, I had a salad with sliced mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, diced eggs, broccoli, chopped onion and ranch dressing.

For supper, same thing, too darn hot to eat. I had a scoop of spanish rice and a salad with cherry tomatoes, slivered carrots, diced tomato, salsa, and chopped onion with ranch dressing. We can't have the blueberry pomegranate vinaigrette out because something with the pomegranate affects the heart medication of some of the campers. This is a group for children with heart conditions.

I have been home for over an hour and Don just came out, opened the cupboard and grabbed a little debbie snack, went in the bedroom to eat it and came back out to toss the wrapper and made the comment nothing to eat again. I don't get home until 8pm or later. SMH He did do most of my dishes I noticed

It has been so hot out that Don has been eating Fruity Pebbles with whole milk

Food at camp was not to my liking and way too many carbs and pizza sauce/marinara. For lunch it was a cheese pizza on french bread. I at the cheese off and tried to eat the garlic bread stick dipped in the sauce. I threw alot of food away. I did have a small salad for lunch as well and ate all of that. Supper was penne pasta, alfredo sauce, marinara sauce, chicken pieces, chicken meatballs, roasted broccoli, garlic bread, and salad bar. I did not like the meatballs at all. Skipped all but the garlic bread. Had a few pieces of fresh broccoli (not the roasted stuff) and some cucumber slices. I did bring some roasted broccoli home for Rissa. She loves it.

Came home and made some beef ramens. That did not cut it so ate about 8 slices of uncured salami.

Wednesday at the funeral dinner we had ham and turkey sandwiches. I had mine on marble bread with mayo, mustard, tomatoes, onions and an assortment of cheese slices. Don had ham on white. Not sure what all he put on his. Also had some egg salad.

We had leftover meats for sandwiches for supper that we brought home.

Thursday we had tator tot casserole at camp. I brought a full pan and a half pan full. We tossed out the other full pan that was about half full.

Friday and saturday we had tator tot casserole and other odds and ends

I had some Ranch Pasta salad before I went to work this afternoon. I had a salad with ranch dressing at work. I can not stand those French Bread Cheese Pizzas. All bread and not much else.

When I came home from work, I had a couple of chicken leg quarters that I put in the crock pot before I left for work. Might have a little more pasta salad

At camp for breakfast I had a small amount of scrambled eggs and 2 sausage patties and small scoop of cottage cheese and added diced peaches to it.

Lunch was a salad with red onion and ranch, baby carrots with ranch dip, 2 cut up sliced tomatoes with cut up red onion.

At home, I had a little bit of ranch pasta salad. Don is playing games again. He had money to buy an 18 pack of Blue ribbon and over half is already gone. I told him I did not want any of it because he will need it more than I will.

Meals were not the best at work today. Funny for lunch it was sloppy joes and tator tots. I made manwich before I left for work. I won't eat that rubbish. I had a salad at work for both meals. I did bring home some tator tots, sloppy joe stuff, watermelon, and baked fried chicken.
Looks like Don has been chowing on Bush's baked beans, egg salad, and a few other things. I finished off the egg salad when I got home and had a couple of the chicken wings.
