Last night at work we had turkey and ham sandwiches with cheese, potato salad, tortilla chips, cake, choc chip cookies, and some other dessert topped with peanuts (had marshmallow and who knows what else but did not care for them very hard to bite into)

Happy Mother's Day everyone!! I am making bacon wrapped Pork Filets ~ not sure what else I might make since I am the only one at home today (besides the cats and kittens)
I also made elbow noodles, pork gravy, 2 slices of buttered banana bread, and a jello cup for dessert

Too bloody hot out and looks like it will be for a few days, so made the kitchen hot today ~ I made lemon pepper salmon steak, whole stuffed chicken, mac and cheese with hot dogs, sloppy joes, and yesterday I made a tator tot casserole but since I didn't have tator tots, it was topped with velveeta cheese, smile face potato rounds and chicken nuggets ~ so everyone can use the microwave and heat up what ever they choose.
This morning I made Tyler Blueberry Toaster Waffels and jello cubes
Yesterday I made a ham and roast beef (going to be hot the next few days, so only want a hot kitchen once this week :-) ) We are grilling out today ~ I found alot of odds and ends of meats (not enough to feed 4 1/2 people), so I pulled it out of the chest freezer and we will grill all that as well, for left overs. So there will be a small pack of Beef Filet Mignon, small pack of BBQ short ribs, 5 bacon wrapped pork filet steaks, and of course brats, burgers, hot dogs, grilled potatoes, pork and beans, maybe a potato salad or something.
We went Asparagus hunting after we went to the Artisian well. Found a huge fist full, so we also had fresh asparagus cooked in milk with salt and pepper.
Yesterday Don Grilled hot dogs, burgers and polish sausage ~ grilled food seems to agree with Rissa
Tonight Jerk Chicken and rice and veggies.

Yesterday I had a cheese sandwich with baked french fries and a chocolate shake in the evening with my friends.
