Made Cheeseburgers and oven fries before the football game today

I am making Boneless Beef Ribs in a slow cooker with halved red potatoes, cut celery & baby carrots, cooked in chicken stock.

Very long day today ~ Stopped at Hardees and ordered the Super Star Burger Combos. More food than we could eat

Made eggs over easy, toast, and sausage links for breakfast after I got home from work. Really didn't feel like eating, but Don just woke up and wanted to eat. Didn't tell him I had a Big Mac mistake at work.

Thawed out taco meat and cut up lettuce, tomatoes and onions for Don. I was not feeling at all well with a throbbing head and eyes.

I did make Cheesecake cookies and had a few later in the evening

We went to Badger Bob's Bar and Grill for Lunch. We both had the 4 cheeseburger with french fries. We also ordered the Large appetizers. We almost got full on the appetizer. We both took home leftover burger. It was delish!

Yesterday:

Pancakes and sausage for breakfast

Gus' Chicken and Broasted potatoes for supper

Last night was Ribeye Steaks, fresh asparagus cooked in milk, baked potatoes, and Banana Bread Brownies for dessert

Kept asking Don what he wanted to eat, since before noon. I finally decided to make a cheesy tator tot casserole because it is getting late in the day and I have to work tonite. He doesn't seem thrilled but tired of trying to make what he wants all the time and he never tells me what he wants. When it gets later in the day, I want to make something quick and easy.

Made Chili yesterday
