Yesterday I made soft shell tacos with tomatoes, chopped onion, lettuce, refried beans, and home made Guacamole (Don hates the later 2 but I LOVE them - doing what I wanted this time)
Don didn't want any breakfast and said he really wasn't hungry for lunch. I broke down and made a taco with meat, cheese, guacamole, and refried beans and went to bed about 3pm because my stomach "was off".
Got up a bit ago and had a bagel with cream cheese and chicken ramens
Boiled Brats to grill but then Don had to help a friend who was getting his driveway blacktopped and the company's equipment broke down.
Last night I made chicken leg and thigh quarters with potatoes and celery, spinach, and home made apple cobbler for dessert

Long day of running to Doctor appointment, picking up cables, and grocery shopping, yesterday. We stopped at KwiK Trip and decided to buy Ham and Swiss on sourdough bread. Finished eating them while in Pick n Save Parking lot. When we got home I made a Jacks 4 Meat Pizza and topped it with Shredded Cheddar.
Decided to make On-Cor Salisbury Steaks and gravy, loaded mash potatoes, and mixed veggies, Won't be ready for another 35-40 minutes
