For breakfast this morning I made sausage patties, deep fried hash browns, toast, and fried eggs. Don ate all but the toast
On Monday, I made half pound burgers and home made french fries. Burger was really dry, , mental not do not use 97/3 beef for burgers.
On Tuesday, Was not really hungry. Had the last of the Guac and tostitos around 8:30am. Around 9pm I made some Mi Goreng Red Noodles with a fried egg and diced tomatoes that were in the fridge. Not too bad. After that, I am made Mi Gorneg Fried noodles and added chopped onion to the noodles to boil and going to make partial scrambled eggs to add to it. No clue what Don ate but he really has not been eating much. I know he wanted me to take out a pack of Ball Park Franks, from the freezer, for him

Slow cooked Thick Pork Chops in oven with baby red potatoes and fresh green beans
I brought home a hash brown and Sausage, Egg, & cheese biscuit home for each of us. I ate mine. His is still in fridge
For Lunch I heated up the chili and having a bowl of it with crackers and ice water with lemon and lime slices. Don decided to eat one of the McChickens I brought home from work and a slice of Blueberry Zucchini Bread I made the other day

Yesterday I made meatloaf. Don actually ate it.
Lots of different stuff and lots of leftovers the past almost 2 weeks including, baked chicken , lasagna, hot dogs & brats, tator tot casserole, burgers, McChickens, McGriddles and other McD breakfast food and the list goes on
Made a slow cooker meal (but had on high instead of low) Thick cut pork chops with baby red potatoes, cut up onion, cut up Japanese Eggplant, celery, carrots, and seasonings. I laid down, thought I hit snooze alarm. Don turned food off. Chops were dried out. He won't eat the veggies, but I sure did.
Yesterday I made cheeseburgers, corn, Bush's Beans, and home made french fries
Today I decided to make Baked Seasoned Chicken leg quarters, mash potatoes with home made gravy, Italian Green Beans, and cottage cheese
Brought home Steak, Egg, and Cheese biscuit sub round egg, add breakfast sauce and hashbrowns
