Yesterday we grilled a New York Steak, a Ribeye Steak, and 2 bacon wrapped pork filets. We also had home made cole slaw, butternut squash, and baked potatoes

Made cheesy baked tuna casserole for Don. I told him I was eating leftovers. I had the bacon wrapped pork filet, the other half of the new york strip steak and the rest of the home made cole slaw
I used the last leftover baked potato and fried it up for a bit then added chopped green pepper and chopped onions and cooke it with Jalapeno Olive Oil and added Italian seasoning. I warmed up 2 tortillas over the gas flame and put shredded cheese on the bottom and then the egg mixture. It was pretty darn good. Don did not eat alot of the tuna casserole yesterday and said he is not having it again today. I asked what he wanted and he got grumpy that it is only 830am. It is not sinking in his head that when I am home on work days, I am only awake 5 to 5-1/2 hours. I am done catering to him. He needs to tell me what he wants or he is on his own.
I came home from work this morning and had the leftover tuna casserole on tortillas.
Just finished some sliced strawberries smothered in Strawberry whipped topping
Came home from work this morning and sauteed some chopped green peppers and onion in Jalapeno Olive oil then added the little bit of left over steak, cut in small pieces, after it was warmed up added 1 egg. I put it on a heated Tortilla shell with shredded colby jack cheese and medium salsa
