What's on the Menu Today?

I made manwich for Don and I ate the leftover Mac & Cheese yesterday

Baked Chicken Quarters with celery in vegetable stock and leftover beer, Butternut squash, and stuffing with celery and onions

I made my traditional chili (this time 2 cheese burgers, a bacon cheddar burger, taco meat, and meatloaf). Meaning all the leftovers from Stuff Don did not want to eat *LOL*

I told Don today was leftover Chili or Leftover chicken and stuffing. He said "Oh No" so I told him he was on his own to cook what he wants to eat. Funny he is heating up a bowl of chili right now. I am also having chili

Yesterday I made Beddar with Cheddar smoked sausages and a Beef ring of bologna, fully loaded tator tots and Jalepeno tator tots. had some Chicken nuggets with WcDonald Savory Chili sauce, at work last night and them a breakfast burrito with no sauce and a hash brown for the trip home after work

I pulled out cheesy potatoes and Ham & Potato casserole for today. The potatoes were not quite done in the casserole but temped at 165, so I tossed them in microwave for 12 minutes. I am eating them as is because I need to go to bed, but Don will not be able to eat them unless they are soft.

Made Scrambled eggs with saute'd oinions when I got home from work this morning

I made an Oven Roasted Chicken in a bag, Stove top Savory Herb Stuffing, Cream Corn, and Idahoan Potato Pearls

Beef Pot pies and leftover mashed potatoes

I had the last 2 little pieces of beef bologna and the last smoke Beddar with Cheddar smoke sausage before I went to work last night.

Had the leftover pot pie a little bit ago and 2 slices of summer sausage
