Grand Prize (1): One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize winner (“GP Winner”) shall receive a seven (7) day/seven (7) night cruise aboard one (1) of the following five (5) Norwegian cruise ships/itineraries (GP Winner’s choice, subject to availability): Norwegian Getaway, Norwegian Breakaway, Norwegian Gem, Norwegian Epic or Norwegian Jewel (the “Trip Package”) for GP Winner and up to six (6) guests (in the event that GP Winner is a Minor, at least two [2] such guests must be adults over the age of twenty-one [21] years old and one [1] of those adults must be GP Winner’s Parent) (each a “Guest”, collectively the “Guests”). The Trip Package shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach air transportation for GP Winner and Guests from the major airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the domestic airport near the Norwegian port of departure (as solely determined by Sponsor); (ii) ground transportation for GP Winner and Guests to/from the airport and the Norwegian cruise ship port of departure; (iii) seven (7) days/seven (7) nights standard cabin accommodations aboard the Norwegian cruise ship selected by GP Winner for GP Winner and Guests (two [2] cabins, quad occupancy each, room only); and (iv) one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) in spending money for GP Winner only in the form of an American Express gift card (subject to the terms and restrictions of the card issuer). Total ARV for the Grand Prize is $14,100.00.

Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes (6): One (1) winner for each of the six (6) Weekly Sweepstakes shall be awarded a “SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water” prize pack (each a “Weekly Sweepstakes Prize”, collectively the “Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes”) including, without limitation and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, one (1) SpongeBob movie-themed, beach towel and/or SpongeBob movie-themed Mega Bloks figurine. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Weekly Sweepstakes Prize is $75.00
