Each Grand Prize Package will include the following: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people to Las Vegas, NV from
September 18-20, 2015. Domestic roundtrip coach class airfare for winner and one (1) guest between the major metropolitan airport
nearest prize winner’s primary residence and (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion) to destination airport for Las Vegas, NV; three (3) days and two (2) nights standard double occupancy hotel
accommodations at destination; roundtrip ground transportation to/from airport and hotel; two (2) tickets to each night of the
iHeartRadio Music Festival (the “Festival”) on September 18, 2015 and September 19, 2015 (seats determined by Company), and two
(2) tickets to the iHeartRadio Music Festival Village on September 19, 2015. Total overall approximate retail value of the prize is
$3,500.00. Prize package provided by IHeartMedia. Prize value may vary depending upon departure location and time of travel. Other
