One (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes winner will be awarded with the following:

One (1) Shopping spree and party for five (5) people (the Sweepstakes "Prize Winner" and four (4) guests selected by the Prize Winner) at the Clarks' store closest to the Prize Winner's residence, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Shopping Spree and party consists of: (i) the Sweepstakes Prize Winner and his/her four (4) guests (each, a "Guest") visiting the applicable Clarks store on the date specified by Sponsor for a period of two (2) hours, and (ii) the Sweepstakes Prize Winner receiving one (1) $500 Clarks gift card and each of the four (4) Guests receiving one (1) $250 Clarks gift card to spend during the Shopping Spree ("Prize"). Sponsor will select and provide food and non-alcoholic beverages during the Shopping Spree, and Prize Winner shall be required to notify Sponsor of any food allergies or dietary restrictions of Prize Winner and any Guests. Prize Winner and each Guest will not receive any additional products, money, or other prizes other than those set forth herein.

Note: Transportation is not included in the Sweepstakes Prize. Travel to and from the Clarks' store will be the sole responbility of the Prize Winner and Guests.

Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Sweepstakes Prize to be awarded is three thousand seven hundred fifty ($3,750)
