There is one (1) prize (“Prize”) available. The Prize winner (“Winner”) will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip (“Trip”) for Winner and up to three (3) travel companions (“Guests”) to Universal Orlando Resort™ in Orlando, Florida to join TODAY at the grand opening celebration event
for Universal Orlando’s newest ride Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon (“Grand Opening Celebration Event”).
Guests must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, unless the Winner or one of the other allotted Guests is the parent or legal guardian of a Guest. To attend the Taping (as defined below), Guest must be fourteen (14) years of age or older as of April 2017. Each Guest (or if a Guest is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be required to verify eligibility and to execute a Guest Release, as directed by the Administrator. Failure to return the executed Guest Release within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of participation for the Guest.
Trip will include: round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort or at another on-site hotel (as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL; 3-Day Park-to-Park theme park tickets for admission to Universal
Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure for Winner and up to three (3) Guests; admission to one (1) Blue Man Group Show (exact date and time to be determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion) for Winner and up to three (3) Guests; attendance at a taping of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon at Universal Orlando (“Taping”) for Winner and up to three (3) Guests (each Guest must be over fourteen (14) years of age at time of Taping); and attendance at the Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon Grand Opening Celebration Event. If Winner is a Florida resident, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Sponsor in their sole discretion, with no further obligation to the Winner. The Fair Market Value (“FMV”) of Trip is
Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty-Six Dollars and 95/100 ($3,846.95).
