I'm not seeing the survey. All I get is the box to click if you got your sample or to keep informed.
I've never gotten one and have been signed up for a while now. Not complaining though. I can wait!!

I just tried and got accepted as well. From another site it was posted that in order to qualify, it works if you select "female", "children 18+", and an income level above $50K.
There will be another one of these in 5 days!!!
