There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner, upon the Administrator’s confirmation of eligibility, will receive a 4 day / 3 night trip for two (2) people to Nashville, TN (the “Location”). The Grand Prize package includes: (a) two (2) roundtrip standard economy airfare tickets from a major commercial airport in the United States, near the Winner’s primary residence and the Location, as determined by Sponsor (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if Winner resides within 150 miles of the Location); (b) standard (single) hotel accommodations for three (3) nights in the Location (room and tax only), (c) a Boot Barn makeover by Smithfield on June 7, 2018 (outfit + boots not to exceed $500 per person), and (d) two (2) tickets to the CMA Music Festival. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the total Prize package is $4,200
