I don't know about other stores, but Meijer takes any coupon marked "Manufacturer's Coupon" regardless of any particular store's name included on the coupon. I use Walmart, Target and even Safeway and Publix, which are not in my area, at Meijer.

Says these are redeemable only at WalMart, but it does say Manufacturers Coupon, so it might work elsewhere.
