      Hi...Obviously I am the wife of a Paramedic, so that's a dead give away...My one thing that makes me "stand" out in a crowd when I start telling about "me" is that I used to weigh 447 lbs and lost 302 lbs to be weighing in now at the age of 42 at 145 lbs and co-owner of our very own fitness consultation & gym with my hubby...

      The 2nd fact, is...MY MAIL LADY IS GONNA SHOOT ME IN 4-8 WEEKS WITH ALL THE FREEBIES I HAVE ORDERED...
