Deducted my points and gave me an error saying that I can't claim it twice? Tried to go through my account and reprint the coupon it said was there, and it told me that it wasn't available yet?

I don't have any points. They still seem to have a lot of coupons. Is it worth it for me to go to the store to buy some. I don't know how much juice it takes to get 5 points.
I had 1 half gallon that was 6 pts & 1 that was 3
(I only had 10 pts,now 5)
