Description:
Tutti Foodie has brought back their amazing Chocolate Adventure Contest, challenging you to combine luscious Shaffenberger chocolate with adventure ingredients to create great dishes. This year's recipe contest features cupcakes. The grand-prize winner will receive $10,000 cash and other prizes, while other winners will receive cash, Schaffenberger chocolate, and more.

Sweepstakes Prizes:
Grand Prize: $10,000 and the winning recipe will be featured in Food Network Magazine and the winner will receive the opportunity to fly to New York York City to distribute the winning cupcake on one of the Sweet Trucks. The winner will also receive a special custom Scharffen Berger collection of products worth $250 at retail and the recipes will be featured on ChocolateAdventureContest.com, on TuttiFoodie.com and on ScharffenBerger.com.

2nd Prize: $7,000, a special custom Scharffen Berger collection of chocolates worth $250 at retail and a signed copy of The Essence of Chocolate, Demolition Desserts and Bittersweet and the recipe will be featured on ChocolateAdventure.com, on TuttiFoodie.com and on ScharffenBerger.com.

3rd Prize: $3,000, a special custom Scharffen Berger collection of chocolates worth $250 at retail, a signed copy of The Essence of Chocolate, Demolition Desserts and Bittersweet, and the recipe will be featured on ChocolateAdventure.com, on TuttiFoodie.com and on ScharffenBerger.com.

Additional Comments:
Recipes must include Scharffen Berger Chocolate (dark chocolate bars or chunks, milk chocolate, or cocoa) and at least one "adventure ingredient" including: stout beer (oatmeal, chocolate, imperial or any other stout); ricotta; buttermilk; coconut butter, coconut milk or coconut cream; saffron; molasses (light, dark or blackstrap); adzuki bean; fresh beet; sweetened condensed milk; fresh or whole dried chili pepper; bee pollen; meyer lemon; almond flour; and Sumatra coffee bean

Entries will be judged in two rounds. The first round will be judged creativity and whether the recipe represents a spirit of adventure (40%), perceived taste of finished recipe (40%) and perceived ease of preparation (20%).

The 16 highest scoring recipes in the first round will be judged on the basis of creativity and whether the recipe represents a spirit of adventure (35%), taste of finished recipe (35%), ease of preparation (20%) and appearance (10%).
