PRIZES (up to 10,944 )/ODDS: Each winner (subject to verification) will receive a monetary payout equal to the winning Entry's purchase amount, up to a maximum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) excluding any cash-back options on the transaction. Winners entering by debit card or credit card purchase will be notified via a credit on their monthly checking account statement. Winners entering by Chase Liquid Card purchase will be notified via a credit to their online Chase Liquid Card account statement. The winning amount will be credited to the corresponding account within 4-6 weeks of the winning Entry's posting date (minimum amount of prize is $5.00, maximum amount of prize is $150.00). In the event any Chase customer's corresponding account is closed at the time of prize award, Sponsor will send the prize to the last known address of the winner in order to award the prize by mail. Winners who enter by the alternate online method will each be awarded a check made payable to the winner in the amount of $150.00 and mailed to the address on the Entry submission.
