One (1) Grand Prize winner
will be eligible to receive a 12-day Grand Mediterranean Cruise (embarking and
disembarking from Venice, Italy or Barcelona, Spain), with Grand Prize Winner and
Cruise Guest sharing accommodations in one (1) double occupancy balcony
stateroom (“Cruise”). Trip includes round-trip, coach class air transportation for the
winner and one (1) Cruise Guest from a major commercial airport nearest the
winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major
commercial airport nearest port of embarkation/disembarkation (as determined by
Sponsor in its sole discretion). Actual value of trip may vary based on point of
departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated ARV and actual
value of prize will not be awarded. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not
required due to winner’s proximity to Cruise embarkment/disembarkment location,
ground transportation will be substituted for round-trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole
and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to the winner.
ARV: $9,628 USD. Cruise includes all regular onboard meals and entertainment,
applicable taxes, fees and port expenses for Cruise only.
